What a great day!  After much planning and work the day for our annual Youth Spectacular had arrived.   We had a total of 103 people come and be a part of this great activity.   I was excited about our speaker this year – Bro. Matthew Millington who is currently a senior at FaithWay Baptist College of Canada.  Matt preached a fantastic message on the life of Jonah.  The teens were encouraged to walk with the Lord, and commit their life to serve Him.

We had a total of seven churches represented at this year’s activity.  We began with a preaching service, moved into our activity (paintball and snow tubing), and then ended with fun games and a pizza party.    God really blessed in the preaching and our Preparation.  I was so pleased with all the effort and work that was accomplished this year.

If you have opportunity to be a part of next year’s Youth Spectacular (January 15, 2011), I encourage you to do so.  New plans begin again – and expectations set a little higher.
