As many hurry here and there,
malls filled with rush and strife.
they seek to find that special gift
for each one in their life.

As people hunt from store to store
they hear the songs of light.
Ignore the reason for this time,
and push the truth from sight.

So what is the truth of Christmas?
Why does it have its name?
The answer is in Jesus Christ,
and to lost man He came.

So friend remember the Lord’s gift,
His life He freely gave.
And then pass on that gift to men,
that others can be saved.
